CHRISTMAS CARD SAMPLES
I spend real time/money converting our familial failures into something more positive via Christmas cards. Is it worth said time/money? Some say no, but others disagree. Examples are below.
2018: Mervy Christams” card
A meta-commentary on the form itself, perfect for the family that needs to recover from yet another disappointing photo session and just get something out there, finally.
2019: The “Beauty Christmas” card
A distraction-heavy card that’s perfect for the uncomfortably handsy family. (“Beauty Christmas” also comes with a quirkily microscopic font!)
2020: The “Skeet and Patches” card
A card narrated by rodents, perfect for the family with rodents in all three stories (crawl-space, main floor, roof).
2021: Thumbs up, merrymakers!
A kaleidoscopic approach to the holidays.
2022: Goose the collage!
When ideas run low, ask your kids, and throw more pictures/gooses on the wall.
2023: Glydwysh of the Leggy Mischief
If I could do it again, I would’ve made this entire card a full body (nude) portrait of Glydwysh, His Legginess.
2024: Spiders
Sometimes you just have to report on camping mishaps.
2024: May You Know the Wonders of Chicken
The touch, the feel of chicken; the feathers of our lives.
